By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ABOUT SOPHIX PACKAGING

Sophix Packaging provides packaging solutions for beauty, personal care, wellness, spa, fragrance, pharmaceutical, home and lifestyle brands and other product-based businesses.

Our services may include the supply of:

• Bottles
• Jars
• Tubes
• Pumps and dispensers
• Closures and caps
• Packaging accessories
• Custom-branded packaging
• Printed packaging
• Other packaging solutions displayed on our website

Product availability, specifications and quantities are subject to change without prior notice.

2. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, specifications, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

However:

• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings.
• Packaging dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

3. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

• Sophix Packaging provides packaging products and relevant product information to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular packaging product is suitable for their formulation, product, filling process, storage conditions and intended application.
• Where compatibility is critical, customers should conduct appropriate compatibility, stability, leakage and performance testing before commercial production.
• Sophix Packaging does not guarantee that a particular packaging component will be suitable for every formulation or application.

4. ORDERS

An order placed through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully confirmed and/or Sophix Packaging has otherwise confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline an order
• Limit quantities
• Cancel an order
• Correct pricing or product information errors
• Cancel orders affected by stock discrepancies or availability issues

Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not necessarily include:

• Delivery charges
• International shipping
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearing charges
• Other destination-related costs.

Customers are responsible for applicable charges associated with their order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

Minimum order quantities (“MOQ”) vary by product.

The applicable MOQ will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

Customers purchasing wholesale quantities may be subject to different pricing, payment and delivery terms.

7. WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS

Sophix Packaging may offer special pricing for bulk or wholesale purchases.

Wholesale pricing may depend on:

• Quantity
• Product type
• Availability
• Order frequency
• Payment terms
• Shipping requirements
• Current supplier pricing

Wholesale prices are not necessarily available for smaller quantities.

Sophix Packaging reserves the right to establish minimum quantities and specific terms for wholesale transactions.

8. CUSTOM BRANDING AND PRINTING

We may offer custom branding, printing and other customised packaging services subject to availability and our production requirements.

Custom projects are subject to applicable minimum order quantities.

Our standard starting MOQ may be 5,000 pieces or 10,000 pieces, depending on the packaging type, printing method and production requirements.

A ₦50,000 non-refundable consultation/development fee is required before discussions concerning a custom packaging project commence.

This fee covers the initial consultation/development process and does not automatically constitute payment for production, packaging materials, printing or shipping.

Custom production will only commence after the applicable quotation, artwork, specifications and payment terms have been approved.

9. CUSTOM ARTWORK AND BRANDING

Customers are responsible for providing accurate logos, artwork, text, colours, dimensions and other branding information required for custom production.

Customers must ensure that they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, images and other materials submitted to Sophix Packaging.

The customer agrees to indemnify Sophix Packaging against claims arising from the customer’s unauthorised use of intellectual property supplied for production.

Where artwork approval is required, production will proceed based on the artwork approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking and approving spelling, colours, dimensions, logos and other details before production.

10. CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Custom packaging production timelines vary according to:

• Packaging type
• Quantity
• Printing method
• Artwork approval
• Production schedules
• Supplier availability
• Shipping method

Estimated timelines provided by Sophix Packaging are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping companies, customs authorities, port congestion, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed according to the payment instructions provided by Sophix Packaging.

Orders will not be processed until the required payment has been successfully confirmed.

For custom or wholesale orders, different payment structures may apply and will be communicated in the applicable quotation.

Sophix Packaging reserves the right to suspend production, processing or delivery where required payments have not been received.

12. DELIVERY WITHIN NIGERIA

We provide delivery services to locations across Nigeria.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Destination
• Product availability
• Order size
• Logistics provider
• Weather
• Traffic
• Public holidays
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery estimates are therefore not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information and contact details.

13. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sophix Packaging may provide international shipping subject to product availability, destination and applicable shipping requirements.

International customers may be responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Clearance fees
• Local regulatory charges
• Other destination-related costs

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Sophix Packaging.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported packaging complies with applicable laws and regulations in their country.

14. RISK DURING DELIVERY

Once an order has been handed over to an authorised logistics or shipping provider, delivery may be subject to the terms and conditions of that provider.

Sophix Packaging will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee the performance of third-party logistics providers.

15. INSPECTION OF ORDERS

Customers should inspect their packaging upon receipt.

Any shortage, visible damage, incorrect item or other discrepancy should be reported to Sophix Packaging within the period specified in our applicable returns/refund policy.

Where necessary, customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, order details or other evidence to assist with investigation.

16. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are subject to our applicable Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of certain packaging products, customised, printed, personalised or specially produced items may not be eligible for return or refund once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied by Sophix Packaging.

Customers should contact us before returning any product.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

17. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, inventory may change quickly.

In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

• Offer an alternative
• Offer a revised delivery date
• Cancel the affected item
• Offer an applicable refund

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Sophix Packaging website, including:

• Logos
• Brand names
• Text
• Product descriptions

is owned by or licensed to Sophix Packaging unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.

19. CUSTOMER CONTENT

Where customers submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content to Sophix Packaging, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting such content, you grant Sophix Packaging permission to use it for legitimate business, marketing and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use third-party services including payment providers, logistics providers, technology platforms, analytics services and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, availability or performance of third-party services.

Our liability relating to a specific order shall, where legally permissible, be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Sophix Packaging shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
